Paying RENT

Rent is payable according to plot size. Membership of our Society is £3.50 per adult. Membership  includes liability insurance and affiliation to National Allotment Society (NAS)

Many plots are not standard sizes!!!

most Small plots are 5 poles (approx 125 sq m) - annual rent is £25 plus membership subs

most Large plots are usually 10 poles (250 sq m) - annual rent is £50 plus membership subs

Membership subscription is £3.50 per adult who works on the plot (includes liability insurance)

Rent is £5 per pole, so £50 per year for a 10 pole plot or £25 for a 5 pole plot.

A couple on a 10 pole plot = £57 for the year

A couple on a 5 pole plot = £32

A single member on a 5 pole plot = £28.50

Three adults on a 5 pole plot = £35.50

Note that our bank charges us to deposit cheques, so please add £1 to cover processing costs

Make cheques payable to Kettering Allotments

Write your plot number, site and surname on the back of the cheque or attach separately
